"The church in thy house"

Is there a Church in this house? Are parents, children, friends, servants, all members of it? or are some still unconverted? Let us pause here and let the question go round—Am I a member of the Church in this house? How would father’s heart leap for joy, and mother’s eyes fill with holy tears if from the eldest to the youngest all were saved! Let us pray for this great mercy until the Lord shall grant it to us. Probably it had been the dearest object of Philemon’s desires to have all his household saved; but it was not at first granted him in its fulness. He had a wicked servant, Onesimus, who, having wronged him, ran away from his service. His master’s prayers followed him, and at last, as God would have it, Onesimus was led to hear Paul preach; his heart was touched, and he returned to Philemon, not only to be a faithful servant, but a brother beloved, adding another member to the Church in Philemon’s house. Is there an unconverted servant or child absent this morning? Make special supplication that such may, on their return to their home, gladden all hearts with good news of what grace has done! Is there one present? Let him partake in the same earnest entreaty. If there be such a Church in our house, let us order it well, and let all act as in the sight of God. Let us move in the common affairs of life with studied holiness, diligence, kindness, and integrity. More is expected of a Church than of an ordinary household; family worship must, in such a case, be more devout and hearty; internal love must be more warm and unbroken, and external conduct must be more sanctified and Christlike. We need not fear that the smallness of our number will put us out of the list of Churches, for the Holy Spirit has here enrolled a family-church in the inspired book of remembrance. As a Church let us now draw nigh to the great head of the one Church universal, and let us beseech him to give us grace to shine before men to the glory of his name.

November 17

Barren wershe once said, Nothing is harder to heal than broken heart is shattered by experiences that seem so meaningless. What? Crushes? Even for someone bent over with old age and artritis, God's explanation is simple and powerful, I am he, I am he who will sustain. You. For you, the front lines of the good fight may be drawn against an extra minute or two of an Tv program. When you battle a surge of self-pity. To man

What is this means fulfill, achieve real You this is the hebrew boy Gideon was a small man, indeed in the smallest trbe of Israel. The angel of the Lord appeared to him and said in him, "The Lord is with you, O valiant warrior." Then Gideon said to him. "O my lord, if the Lord is with us, why then has all this happened to us? And where are all His miracles which our father told us about, saying, 'Did not the Lord bring us up from Egypt? But now the Lord had abandoned us and given us into the of Midian." Judged 6:12-13. When God called him to lead  the people in battle, his own sense of inadequacy flooded his thoughts and feelings. Note how the Angel of the Lord addressed him: "The Lord is with you, O valiant warrior." God sees things about you that you may not see or know about yourself. He saw Gideon's true identity when the man himself didn't see it at all. He knows the same about you. Believe what He says about you in Scripture. Embrace and act on the identity He has given you, regardless of whether you  feel it or think it. What God say about you is (to man) true. You can base your actions on your true identity even when your emotions contradict the truth. 

Road to Victory

God leads His children today, but I will limit in one that i think are the most significant methods of God's leading. First and most basic, God leads us through His written Word. As the psalmist said, "Thy word is a lamp to my feet, and a light to my path" (Psalm 119:105) "following the will of God means you must be willing to give up your creature comforts. And now behold, bound in spirit, I am on my way to Jerusalem, not knowing what will happen to me there, except that the Holy Spirit solemnly testifies to me in every city, saying that bonds and afflictions await me. But I do not consider my life of any account as dear to myself, in order that I may finish my course, and the ministry which I receive from the Lord Jesus, to testify solemnly of the gospel of the grace of God" (Acts20:22-24). Here as being "bound in the spirit." He is caught up in following the Will of God, committed to it, bound by it. "I'm leaving you folks here in Ephesus," he says, "and I'm going where it's not going to be as comfortable. In fact, there will struggles, pressures, discomfort, and afflictions dangerous risks, even imprisonment. But none of that matter. Even my life doesn't matter."

We're in a process; we're on a journey. If we are to finish the course well, according to the will of our Lord. We must be willing to face some tough things in the journey. Among them will be the loss of things familiar and the need to make some major adjustments. Now we know some of the essentials that are required before we can even think of following the Lord's will. Yet even if all those are in place, or at least we have to be able to sense the presence and pleasure of our Leader. So then, how does God lead us into His will today? Without removing all the mystery that often accompanies His will, I have found several absolute that assist me in following the Lord. Lead me to victory! Don't use the open-window method," letting the wind blow across the pages of your Bible and then closing your eyes and pointing to a verse and saying, "This is Gods leading on this." If you do that, you could end up with "Judas went away and hanged himself" as your verse for the day! Don't go there. I tell you remember the Psalmist 119:105 your road to victory. Hallelujah! 

Your Not Old

We see in Roman 4:17-22 that Abraham became fully persuaded that God would do what He had promised. The way he became fully persuaded was by calling those which were not manifest as though they were. This is real you must mediate this given gift to us. We pick up on this verse 17:(As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him who he believe, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.

Here Paul is referring to Genesis chapter 17.you will notice that God called Abram the father of nations before he had the promised child, and He taught Abram to do same. God changed Abram's name to Abraham, which means "father of nations, or multidude." This was the means He used to convince Abraham to call for what he did not yet have in reality. God had established it by promise, but Abram had to call it into reality by mixing faith with God's Word.

Every time he said. "I am Abraham" (Father of Nations). This was God's method of helping him change his image, and it caused him to be fully persuaded. Paul also gives us insight into this principle in 1 Corinthians 1:27-28: But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things which of the world to confound the things which are mighty; And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are, In other words, God uses spiritual forces which are not seen to nullify natural things that are seen. This is the Bible principle of calling things that are not as though they were. Your not old at is you have the secret healing those who believe. If you are not convinced we read further. Then in 2 Corinthians 4:13, Paul says: We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak. Did king david was young handsome. 

Paul is qouting David when he said, "I believe, and therefore have I spoken..." In Psall 118:17 David said, I shall not die, but live and declare the works of the Lord. " i ask this question, Did they work for the Lord? If they did so do it now! Now is the time.. And healing comes!! 

When it comes to divine healing, this is a vital principle. We should declare to ourselves what Gods Word reveals about us, regardless of the circumstances or how we feel about them. Say to neighbor your not old. And speak to your heart im not old. In Roman 10:6-8 Paul says that "the righteousness which is of faith say... the word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth and in thy heart." your not old. 

Other Side

For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heavens, and returned not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater; So shall my word be that goes forth out of my mouth; it shall not return unto me void, but it accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto i sent it.

My God He keepeth His Word

Isaiah 55:11 is a verse you should continually use in prayer it is very backbone of the prayer life. No word that has goes forth from God can return void.

God said... I will hasten my word to perform it" (Jer. 1:12) A marginal note in the King James version reads. "I will watch over my word to perform it. Why i said Other side one of my friend got leave in his company When He reach home not his home town but the capital city. He remembered John's phrase" according to his will," and they thought they had to prayed." "Lord do this  or that if it be thy will." But inserting this expression into prayer when God's Word already states that what we're praying for is his will is confessing that we don't believe God's Word. And  that kind of praying will not work. How can we find out what God's will is? Is not the servant wil but the human worldly thinker that corrupt that will that become the other side. Of not God's will because His word will returneth to Him void! It will come to pass! If that is your it is your period. That is our covenant, and His testament. And it is God's will for us to have whatever God has provided us! And you are only the channel of blessing  the point of contact to tbis world that we live in. The greatest answers to prayer i have received came when I brought God's Word to Him and reminded Him of what He had to say Praise God. He keeps His Word! Hallelujah! 

You are keep in Heaven

When Jesus saw them, He asked, "What do you seek?" I wonder how often  we miss an oppurtunity to spend time with Jesus because we're seeking something other than His presence. Some say i know in my experience that the more time i spend with Jesus. The less desire I have for a lot of things that very important. He given us His promises the partakers of the inheritance of the divine nature.

The single greatest aspect of what our Lord Jesus has done in you through His finished work on the cross is this. You have a divine life He is in you, the understanding your union with God is the most transforming truth you will ever know in this world. The Father the Son, and Holy Spirit have lived in a circle of harmony and love for all eternity. Through Jesus you have been brought into that circle. We must be dead to sin. His life define your very being in christ Jesus. That He commanded, go forward and walk in our given grace with understanding of your identity. You aren't trying to achieve something spiritually. You aren't trying to make progress with God in any way. Jesus Christ has finished that work, and now you find your existence within that God Love. The knowledge of this reality has infinite love with this ability to transform the way you live your life to Him each day. We have a helper that help us in our daily living of this world. The citizen of heaven.
