"Every Little Bit Helps"

"He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion"
                                                Philippians 1 : 6

Can the dead be raised in todays world? It all depend on what has died. Sometimes bringing something to life is simply a matter of hard work and time. . . Perhaps even centuries. The staff a Redwood National Park in California will tell you that attempting to do this is definitely worth the effort.
In 1978, the park "grew by sixty square miles of clear-cut forest. Congress gave the park's managers a challenge: restore the land to its natural state. A warning was also given: the final results of your work won't be visible for hundred of years.
Work began. Since 1978, roads have been removed, stream and estuary habitats have been repaired, land that was stripped of vegetation has been replanted, and hundred of haul roads and ski trails have been erased. In the process, the park has become something of a living laboratory," a means of helping environmental researchers learn more about restoration ecology. What they have learned so far at Redwood has been beneficial to managing the health of other national and state parks.
The next time you think your efforts may be too little too late, remember the worlds tallest tree located at Redwood did not grow to be 368 feet high overnight. It takes time to become magnificent.
The Scripture do not tells us to be restored to our "natural" state, but to be transformed into the image of Christ Jesus. ( see Rimans 12:2 ) this transformation isn't immediate. Some habits and pattern takes along time to change. Hurtful memories require healing, and may never be fully erased. New ways of thinking and responding can be slow to develop.
          However, our transformation is the work of the Holy Spirit within us, and He never fails! Trust God today to be at work in your transformation a project that may take all your lifetime and be complete only in eternity, but will end in your wholeness. Here image of picture shown;

" Let Jesus Sign The Check"

"The prayer of a person living right with God is something
                               Powerful to be reckoned with"
                                            James 5 :16

One of the most powerful forces in the world is a prayer by one of my children who trust in Jesus a prayer prayed in His name. Praying in His name is like writing a check and letting Jesus sign His name at the bottom. Believe Me, He won't sign His name to anything that He's not in favor of, and I certainly won't cash a check without His signature! When you pray, ask in faith. Anyone can rattle off some mindless prayer without any faith behind it. That's about as pointless as throwing a penny into a wishing well.
God promises all believers that if we live righteously and pray fervently, our prayers will be effective and produce significant results. How do we treat a promise like this? We might argue, "But I do pray, and nothing happens!" Our problem is that we do not hold ourselves accountable to the scripture. God's Word says that prayer ought to accomplish much. If our prayer life is not accomplishing much, what should we do? If we are praying but seeing no results, should we conclude that this promise is untrue? Should we excuse this scripture as i practical and unrealistic? Or should we examine ourselves to see if we meet its conditions?
James says that fervent prayer avails much. Could it be that we are not as fervent in our praying as we should be? Fervent prayer means we do not quit easily. Fervent prayer means we purposefully spend sufficient time in intercession. Fervent prayer means we cry out to the father, sometimes in tears, eith our heart and soul. Fervent prayer comes as the Holy Spirit assists us in praying with grosnings too deep for words ( Rom. 8 : 26 ).
According to James, our righteousness will ensure effective prayer. God's standard of righteousness is different from ours, for He looks beyond our actions, even beyond our thoughts. Directly to our hearts. How then should we hold ourselves accountable if our prayers are accomplishing little? If nothing happens when we pray, the problem is not with God. The problem is with us, for God's Word is absolute reliable. If we adhere to what God requires, He will lead us to pray for things that align with His purpose, and God will answer our prayers a mighty way.
Be the heartfelt prayer of a Christ-believer carries with it all the power of Jesus Himself. So pray in His name with faith, and watch Me Work!

"Your Friend in High Place"

"From one man he made every nation of men, that they should
inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the times set for
them and the exact places where they should live."
                                               A C T 17 : 26

Did you catch that? It's no mistakes that you are living in this century, this decade, and this year. It's no accident that you are residing in your own town, living on the street you live, and with the neighbors you see every day. And is your circle of friends just coindence? No way. God has determined it.
Just think. You could have easily been born in another time, another place. Or you could have been raised on the other side of the country think how different your life would be growing up with a whole new set of childhood friends and neighbors.
Of all the billions of possibilities, of all the millions of people with whom you could have been best friends, God determined the exact time and place where you should live. When you consider this amazing fact, yours friendships take on a new and profound significant. God has a  special reason, a unique design in each friendship. He chose to surround your life with these certain and treasured dear  ones for good reasons.
As Christians, these are the people with whom you will live for eternity, enjoying an even greater dimension of friendship. Because God has placed you together on earth at this time and in this place, you and your friends have a chance to get a head start on God's eternal plan. It's Me Your friend in high places.

Father, I stand in awe at your wisdom and ways. You could have
Placed me anywhere on this earth, but You determined that I
should live here and now. Teach me what this means. Show me
Your special design for my friends and family. And thank You that
each person You put in my life is precious in Your eyes.

"Which Day Planner?

The thing that I purpose, do I purpose according to the flesh?
                           2 C O R I N T H I A N S 1 : 17 K J V

One of the challanges of our busy lives today is to be organized, so we can "get it all done." There are a number of organizers and calendar available to help us schedule the precious hours of the day. Beepers and moblie telephones gives us instant communication with anyone anywhere, we no longer get away from it all, because now we can take it all with us!
Sometimes we need to be challanged not to "get it all done," but to slow down and reflect on what it is we are trying to accomplish. We must be sure we are headed in the right direction with our families, our work, our church, our community, and our personal lives.
If we are not careful and prayerful, we may find ourselves agreeing with the modern-day philosopher who noted, "so what if you win the rat race you are still a rat"
God has a different "daily planner." The psalmist wrote about it in Psalm 105:
+  Give thanks to the Lord.
        +  Call on His name.
+  Make known among the nations what he has done
+  Sing to him, sing praise to him.
+  Tell of all his wonderful acts.
        +  Glory in his name.
+  Let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoices.
+  Look to the Lord and his strength.
        +  Seek his face always.
+  Remember the wonders he has done, his miracles,
and the judgments he has pronounced.

Each day we have the privilege of consulting with the
King of kings and Lord of lords to determine what path
We will take, what tasks are most important, and who
        need us the most.

"One Insignificant Act"

" you have done foolishly. You have not kept the
commandment of the Lord your God."
                                             1 Samuel 13 : 13

King Saul , a man chosen to lead God's people, found himself in a bind. It was time for a burnt offering, but the prophet, already seven days late, had not yet arrived. Taking matters into his own hands Saul offered burnt offering himself. As a result, he was met with harsh words by the prophet, "you  have done foolishly. You have not kept the commandment of the Lord now your kingdom shall not continue."
As it did for Saul, one seemingly insignificant choice has the potenial to destroy your testimony. King Saul no doubt though that making an offering was an insignificant act, but it cost his kingdom, and more  importantly it damaged his relationship with
How can you keep your testimony strong and unblemished? Keep purity foremost in your heart to the Holy Spirit gentle voice, and obey when he speak to you.
Keep a consistent prayer life, so that your heart remains sensitive to the things that are important to the Lord. And above all, take the advice of the Apostle Paul when he told the thessalonians, "Test all things; hold fast what is good. Abstain from every form of evil." See the song "Prayer is Talking to God."

                     Do not despise the prophecy

"Marching on the Road Again"

For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power,
                                Of love, and of self-discipline.
                                           2 Timonthy 1: 7

Getting yourself out of bed in the morning is one thing. Feeling prepared to face whatever comes your way that day is another. Where do you turn for a confidence-booster?
Believe it or not one of the best confidence builder you can find may be inside those fuzzy slippers you like to wear: your own two feet.
Researcher have discovered that regular exercise thirty minutes, three or four times aweek boosts the confidence level of both men and women. This is due in part to the way exercise strenghtens, tones, and improves the body's appearance. It also has to do with brain chemistry.
When a person exercises, changes take place inside the brain. Endorphins, released as one exercises, are proteins that work in the pleasure centers of the brain and make a person feel more exhilarated. When the heart rate increases during exercise, neurotrophins are also released, causing a person to feel more alert and focused.
Are you feeling anxious about your day? Take a walk, jog, cycle, or do some calisthenic first thing in the morning. See if you don't feel a little more on top of the world.
Those who exercise regularly also feel that if they can discipline themselves to exercise, they can discipline themselves to do just anout anything!
The human body is one of the most awesome examples of God's creative power an example we live with daily. He has created us not only to draw confidence from reading His word and experiencing His presence through prayer, but also from the use of our body.
Put on those walking shoes and talk with God as you go! Not only will your body become more fit and your mind more alert, but the Holy Spirit will give you direction and peace about your day. In his iniquities he build his life in confidence to the Lord,

"Love and Faithfulness"

"Proclaim your love in the morning and your faithfulness at night."
Psalm 92:2(KJV)

The psalmist encourages us to proclaim the Lord's love in the morning. This proclamation of love is not a matter of our echoing Elizabeth Barrett browning in saying to the Lord, "How do I love thee? Let me count the ways..." Our love is not a recitation of the reasons why God is worhty of our love. Nor is it a declaration of our love for Him. Rather, our proclamation of love is to be a statement of how the Lord loves us!
How does He love us?
As you mediate on the Lord's love for you, certain word come to mind. Certainly the Lord loves you unconditionally..Gently..Individually.. Initmately..Eternally..Closely..Tenderly..Kindly You are His child. He always has your good in mind. The apostle paul said of God's love: "Who shall separate us from the love of Christ For I am persuaded that neither death nor life,
nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor
Things present nor things to come, nor height
Nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall
Be able to separate us from the love of God
Which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
Romans 8 : 35, 38 -39 NKJV
Proclaiming the Lord's love for you in the morning will give you strength. Because you have a loving Father with you always, you can make it through any day, regardless of the suprises good and bad that come your way.
After begining and walking through your day in God's love, at the day's end you can easily recount His faithfulness. He is faithful to provide what you need, deliver you from evil and lead you into blessing all of which are expressions of His love. In recognizing God's love first and foremost, and living in the love all day long, you quickly recognize the power of God's love to sustain you, energize you, protect you and give love to others.
This morning, accept and expect the Lord to be loving toward you. . . And by tonight, you will surely know He has been faithful! Make this as Your morning motivation prayer "Talking to God." Every day.
