In Jesus Hands

In 2 Samuel 16:5-14 in this account David bore shimei's curses much better than Ziba flatteries; by these he was brought to pass a wrong judgment on another, by those to pass a right judgment on himself. The world smiles are more dangers and thru it frowns. Once and again  David spared Saul's life, while saul sough his. But innocense is no defence against malice and falsehood. Nor are we to think it strange, if we are changed with that which we have been most careful to keep ourselves from it is well for us, that men are not to be our judge, but He whose judgment is according to the truth. See how patient David was under this abuse. Let this reminds us of Christ, who prayed for those who reviled and crucified him. A humble spirit will turn reproaches into reproofs and get good from them. Instead of being provoked by them. David the hand of God in it. And. Comfort himself that God would bring good out of his affliction we may depend upon to God to repay, not only our services, but our suffering. Unlike David, we often want to silence our critics, insist on fairness, and defend ourselved
But as we grow in our awareness of God's protective love. We become less concerned with what others say about us and more willing to entrust to our Father. Like David, we can say of each critic. Let him alone, and let him curse" (2 Samuel 16:11). This is humble submission to God's will. We are in God's hands, no matter what others are saying about you. He had seen your distress, and in time. He'll repay you for the cursing you have received. So trust Him and abide in His love. We can endure life's wrongs because we know that God will make all things right. How did Jesus respond to words spoken against Him? What did He do and not do? In what situations can you follow His example? (1peter2:20-23).

YOUR MILK AND HONEY

The context of this verse is Spiritual, maturity, the writer of Hebrew has pointed out his explanation of Christ High Priesthood to give a warning about this who take a lazy slow moving approach of their spiritual growth of this verse, He pointed out that to every tribes, and Nation. Believe it by faith, instead they are still in need of basic instruction. In this way, they are like babes who have never grown up they are still dependent on milk and cannot handle the solid food. about their true identity who they are, a Maharlikan Nation a lumad in origin. (1Corinthians 3:2) I fed you with milk and not with solid food; for until now you were not able to receive it, and even now you are still not able: Those who came to faith in Christ have to begin with basic ideas (1 Peter2:4). This is a good thing, since it promotes growth over time, though a believer should learn and develop, and deepen their understanding. (1 Corinthians3:1) the reason these particular christian not grown is given in (verse11), they are "dull" meaning "slow and Lazy" this criticism is similar to the one given in (Hebrew 2:1-4). admonishing the reader or listener to pay much closer attention the matter of faith. Those who are bland and disinterested in their spiritual growth simply will not grow spiritually they are like babes., who can only consume the simplest of things and no ability to process anything of the real substance the truth about that you are the Maharlikan nation the truly peculiar people or tribes, Nation. (Hebrew 5:13). "For anyone who partakes only of milk is not accustomed to the word of righteousness for he is an infant. For every one that useth milk it is very likely that the apostles, by using this term, refers to the doctrines of law which were only rudiments of religion, and were intended to leads us to Christ Jesus, that we might justified by faith. The word righteousness the doctrined of justification. I believe this to be the apostle meaning. He that uses milk resting in the ceremonies and observances of the law is unskillful in the doctrines of justification, for this required faith'. Act and believed it! And embrace it. That is Your milk and honey. Not only in this world, also in the future meant the next generation to come.

what Psalmist 24:1 sayest

One of the greatest deception that has ever slipped into our minds is the idea there is a difference between secular and sacred. There is no such dualism. Everything is sacred because of Christ's pervasive presence and He lives in you. The Earth is the Lord's, the whole world  belongs to God, He is the creator of the earth., the psalmist begin with a representation of God's dominion over the world in general, and his providential presence in every part of it. After which follow a declaration of His special presence in His tabernacle. And the fulness thereof. All the creatures are the Lord's, especially the inhabitant wherewith the earth is replenished. God's general dominion over and interest in, all person and places, seem to be here premited and asserted.
1. First show His right to choose any nation that pleased to be his peculiar people
2. Second to set forth His singular kindness and mercy those lumad tribe who seek righteousness who he choose Maharlikan Nation to be near Him although, otherwise, He had no other.
3. He demonstrates call excellent of tribes of all Nation, the lumad people he call his own. There is 'no area of your life that is segregated from your union to Bathala because you are in Him, everything is spiritual. The Lord own everything. We ourselves are not our own, our bodies, our souls, are not. Even those of the children of men are God's, who know him not, nor own their relation to him. A soul that knows and consider its own natures and that it must live for ever, when it has viewed the earth and the fulness thereof, will sit down unsatisfied it will think ascending toward God, and will ask, what shall i do that i may abide in that happy holy place, where he makes his people holy and happy? We make nothing of religion, if we do not make heart work of it. We can only be cleaned from our sin, and renewed unto holiness, by the blood of Jesus Christ  and the washing of the Holy Ghost. Thus we become His people, thus we receive blessing from Bahala, and righteousness from the God of Salvation. God's peculiar people shall be made truly and for ever happy. Where God gives righteousness, He design  Salvation. Those that are made meet for heaven, shall be brought safe in heaven, and will find what they have been seeking.

Gardening kit

Reading my devotion daily suddenly as the page flip it came to Mark 4 in a parable of the sower, Jesus  spoke of the importance of the "good ground" (or good soil). He defined good soil as referring to those who "hear" God's Word, "accept it" and "bear fruit" (v.20) The parable of the sower is a metaphor for why people described in the book of Mark chapter 3 reacted to Jesus in such varying ways the seed that land on the good soil represent the disciple (Mark 3:13-19), those whom Jesus call His family (Mark 3:32-35). And anyone who asks for Further clarification into the parable. (Mark 4:10). But while the Gospel and the gift of Salvation are free, they aren't passive. (Epheasians2:8-9) clearly says that  Salvation is not dependent on any work we can do. It is impossible to be "good" enough to earn our way into heaven. Salvation is because of the work of Jesus on the cross and He continue that work in us for a purpose (Philippians 1:6) "For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good work, which God prepared beforehand, that we should ask in them (Epheasians 2:10). Jesus goes into this concept more deeply in the parable of Talent (Matthew 25:19-30). The Holy Spirit equips us, gives us gifts (Roman12:6-8; 1 Corinthians12: 4-11; 28). And even does the heavy lifting (John 16:7-11).We are responsible for using  the resources He has given us for the kingdom of God. And yet both  the ability and desire to so so are all gifts of God. (Philippians2:13). Although Jesus did the work of the gospel by dying on the cross and rising again, we are called to do the work of speeding the gospel in (John 14:12). He promise that those who believe in Him will do greater works than He. "great work"  not meaning more powerful, but further-reaching in colossian 1:24 Paul explain that his ministry to spread the gospel fill up what was "lacking" in Christ afflictions. For us believer, the power of the spiritual life comes from the dwelling Holy Spirit. As we open our heat to the Word with an eageeness to obey it, the spirit causes us to grow and bear fruit (Galatian5:22-23). We can't make ourselves grow, any more than we can force growth from the seeds in our gardens. But we can tend the soil. Keeping our heart soft, receptive, and obedient to God's Word. Then we will yield the fruit of righteousness. Lord, I would be soil in which You can plant  You Lord with its promise of fruit: I want to be open to You every day so that You have planted takes roots.

Sown Of Peace

Who is wise and understanding among you? LET him show by good conduct that his words are done in the meekness of wisdom. O Prince of Peace, keep us, we pray, from strife and enmity: Help us to speak with loving words that calm hostility. These verse show the difference between men's pretending to be wise and their being really so. He who do well, or he who takes well, is not wise in the sense of the Scripture. If he does not live and act well. This wisdom may be know by the meekness of the spirit and temper those who live in malice, envy and contention, live in confusion; and are liable to be provoked and hurried to make evil work. Such wisdom comes not down from above, but spring up from earthly principle acts on earthly motives and intent on serving earthly purpose. These who are lifted up with such wisdom, discribed by the apostle James, is near to the christian love, described by the apostle Paul; and both are so described that every man may fully prove the reality of his attainment in them. It has no disguise or deceit. It cannot fall in with those management the world counts wise, which are crafty and guileful, but it is sincere, and open, and steady, and uniform, and consistent with itself may the purity, peace, gentleness, teachableness, and mercy show it all your actions, and fruits of righteousness abounding in ours lives proves that God has bestowed upon us this excellent gift. The small church in Umbrage Texas, was unlikely place for an international work of art. But toward the end of World War Ii, seven Italian prisoners of war, who were being held at a large camp nearby, were chosen to help decorate the church's plain brick walls. The prisoner were reluctant to aid their captors, but they agreed on the condition that their effort be considered a contrbution toward Christian brotherhood and understanding. But as they worked on their paintings and a woodcarving of the Last Supper, one of the POWs later recalled. "A spontaneous stream of good feelings began almost at once to flow among us." No one spoke of the war or the past because "We were here for a work of peace and love." Our lives are filled with unlikely settings for introducing Gods peace. We can feel imprisoned by hard feelings. Strained relationship, and confining circumstances. But  peace has the power to break out anywhere. James reminded us that "the wisdom that is from above is peacable, gentle, willing to yield... The fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by these who make peace (James 3:17-18). Wherever we are today, lets ask the Lord to use us as His peacemakers. The best peacemaker are those who know the peace of God.

Oh Lord thou hast said

David prayer is full of the breathless of devout affection on toward God. He had low thoughts of his own merits all we have must be look upon us divine gifts. He speaks very highly and honorably of the Lord's favor to him considering what character and condition of a man is, We 'may be amazed that God should done with him as he does. The promise of Christ includes all, if the Lord God be ours, what more can we ask or think of (Ephesians 3:20). He knows us better than we know ourselves; therefore let us be satisfied with what he has for us. What can we say more for us in His promised? David ascribes all to the free grace of God, both the great things. He has done for Him and the great things . All was for his words sake, that is for the sake of Christ eternal word. Many, when they go to prayed, have theirs heart to seek, but Davids heart was found, that is it was fixed but gathered in from wondering entirely engaged to the duty and employed in it. That prayer which is from the tongue only will not pleases God, it must be found in the heart that must be lifted up and poured out before God. He builds his faith and hope to speed upon the sureness of God promise. David pray for the performance of the promise with God saying and doing are not two things as they often are with men. God will do as he hath said, the promise of God are not make to us by name as to David, but they belong to all who believe in Jesus Christ, and plead them in His name oh Lord "thou has said." And now, O Lord God the word that thou hast spoken concerning thy servant and concerning his house, established it for ever, and do as "thou hast said." David well know that all the promises to him and family were conditional; and therefore he prayed that they may be fullfilled. He posterity did not walk with God, and therefore they were driven from the throne. It was taken  from them by the neighboring nation, and it is now in the hands of the Mohammedans..  All the promises have failed to David and his natural posterity and to Christ and his  spiritual seed alone are they fulfilled. Had David posterity been faithful they would according to the promises of God has been sitting on the Israelite this day.

The Maharlikan inside of you

Waking up 4:30 Am in the morning, listening to hear and played this song "Rosas Pandan" and (samtang akoy may kinabuhi pa) it is a heritage song that is orchestrated by every nation every tribe every tongue. if you watch youtube channel you will see it. it is the Visayan language that represent as heritage song a treasure passes in every generation every tribes and Every tongue of nation. Without doubtful that it is true. That there is the Lost "Kingdom" a Kingdom called "Maharlika" they called themselves a "Lumad" meaning a freeman love to worship God! His name is "Bathala" means "Abba Father" He called you to be His own people. Your History! (Isaiah51:1). Listen to Me, you who follow after righteousness, You who seek the Lord: Look to the rock from which you have hewn, And to the hole of the pit. From which you where dug. As a filipino we ought never to overlook our heritage. An awareness of our tribe Lumad heritage help us to understand our identity, and it gives us a sense of where God is leading us. Maharlikan tribes had a rich heritage. Unfortunately, in Isaiah's day God's people had reached a point where they had forgotten their heritage and members of a royal priesthood. Your spiritual heritage is even richer than of Isaiah generation. Your spiritual ancestors include Mary the Mother of Jesus, John the Baptist, the disciple, the apostle Paul, and host of Saints down through the ages. Even more important, you look to Jesus as the author and the finisher of your faith (Heb. 12:2).you may have a family history of Faithfulness that goes back several generations. Do you see the full picture of God's redemptive work? God's plan involves you, just as it has included each Christian through out the centuries, God wants you to participate in His continuing work to redeem a lost world. Your obedience today will provide a legacy of Faithfulness to the generation to follow. Read my will and learn  that I've promised you the best slice of life. "That they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I'm in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me." (John 17:21). He know exactly what He will do to bring salvation to someone you have prayed for or to heal your friend or provide for your needs. God has everything in place. Will you believe Him? God often speak of human relationship as a part of His mission to redeem a lost world (John13:20;Matt.25:40). One reason He gives for a husband and wife to live in unity is so they can produce a "godly seed that is, children who love and obey God's mission to bring  redemption to a lost world. Your feeling may not confirm the reality of this biblical truth, but choose now not to allow your feeling to drive your beliefs. Believe what He has said about you, and stand in faith on that belief every day. As you renew your mind to the truth of how God (Bathala) feels toward you, it will begin to transform your outlook on every detail of your life. "The Lord your God is in your midst, A victorious warrior, He will exult over you with joy, He will be quiet in His love, He will rejoice over you with shouts of joy. (Zephaniah 3:17). when Zephaniah said that God" Will rejoice over you," He was suggesting that God literally dances with joy when He see you. The Hebrew word for rejoice literally means" to twirl with delight." He sings song of joy when He considered the union you and He share together. Set your mind on the great love that your Abba Father has for you and you'll see it make a huge difference in your daily perspective. God isn't watching your activity from a distance. He is "in your midst" in the daily activity of your life He stand ready to fight for you because of your great value to Him.

He counsel You in His eye

So let's be careful at all times to speak the truth and nothing but the truth! Yield yourself to the Spirit of Christ. Ask Him to work mightily through you in your daily routine. He will accomplish the miraculous through you. You are His chosen vessel. (Proverb12:22). Lying lips are on abomination to the Lord, but those who deal truthfully are His delight. These "excuses" may bring a smile and some were probably meant to. But they also remind us of how prone we are to shade the facts, especially when it works to our advantage. For this purpose also I labor, striving according to His power, which mightily works within me. (Colossians1:29). Dont look to the faucet from which the water flows as your source Realize that there is a River of life that flows through the temporal faucet from which you drink. There will never be a time when you are stranded without provision, because He has promised to never leave or forsake you. It is a life energized by divinity as opposed to a religious struggle that originates from your own frail of humanity. His Love doesn't cause a person to become lazy or uninterested in spiritual service. To the contrary, His love, Our Lord Jesus motivates us to serve with the power of heaven pulsing through our actions. Apostles Paul used the word labor to describe to his action. Those who suggest that grace leads to passivity haven't personally experienced the joy of seeing mightily works that make an eternal difference flowing from their lives without struggle. Your lifestyle in serving God isn't passive, but it is effortless because it isn't by your determination that you work. It is by His power that mightily works in you. You are a precious Treasure. That He mold you as you walk in Him, never allow pride to become an obstacle when it comes to serving others. When you humble yourself and demonstrate love in action toward those who have no way to repay you and nothing to offer in return, take the joy in knowing that you are expressing the love to His chosen people to them. That kind of service expresses greatness in eternity. (Proverb 12:17). He who speak truth declares righteousness, but a false witness, deceit.

What does Ephesians 5:2 mean?

Its one thing to worship and praise God at the church its quite another to moves out into the real world and worship Him through daily obedience. Do we continue to worship Him by obeying Him in our daily life, looking for opportunities to serves? In (1Samuel 15). We see that Saul was asked by the Lord to do task; but when we review what he did (vv:20,21, 22).we discover that he used worship (sacrifice) as an excuse for his failure to obey God, God's response was, "To obey is better than sacrifice (v. 22).in addition to imitating God (Ephesians 5:1). Believer are to continually Act of love. The phrase translated. "walk in love" is used only here in scripture the greek expression peropatiete en egape refers to continuing in selfless Love." the theme of  "walking" refers to a consistent, purposely, practice. This is common topic in in Ephesians. (Ephesians 2:2,10; 4:1,17; 5:8,15). Believer are told look carefully them how yo{u walk. (Ephesians 5:15).The example for how to walk how to live a matter of habit in Christ. The description of Christ in this verse revolves around four themes.
1. First Christ's love mankind
2. Second Christ sacrifice made on our belief
3. Third this sacrifice is describe as a "fragrant" offerring. This refer to the idea of sweet-smelling offering in the tabernacle temple.
4. Fourth, Jesus gave His life for us as a sacrifice to God both for our God and as an Act of worship to the Father. The book of Hebrew develops this theme  in greater detail showing that Christ offered in one-for all sacrifice  as as result believer in Jesus are no longer bound by the sacrifice of the JEW Law (torah) but are instead bond to christ.
