In the midst of us

For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that is may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: so shall my word be that goeth forth out of  my mouth; it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall proper in the thing whereto I sent it.
ISAIAH 55: 10-11

Isaiah 55: is a verse you should continually use in prayer. It is the very backbone of prayer life. No word that has gone forth from God can return to Him void.
God said,. . . . I will hasten my word to perform it (Jer. 1:12). A marginal note in the King James version reads, "I will watch over my word to perform it."
God will make His Word good if you dare to stand by it!
The greatest answer to prayer I received (make personal) you brought God Word to Him and reminded Him of what HE had to say. Praise God. He keeps His Word. In the midst of us.

HE SENDs the Rain

He gives rain on the earth, and sends waters on the fields.
Job 5:10 NKJV

WHERE DOES RAIN COME FROM? "From the sky," a six year old would say. Right, but how does it get there? "Well, by condensation, a high-schooler would contribute. Right, but it's still not that simple.
John Piper explains, " if one inch of rain falls on one square mile of farmland during the night, that would be 27,587,400 cubic feet of water, which is 206,300,160 gallons, which is 1,650,501,280 pounds of water. "' Water has to change form to join the cloud overhead, then form molecules around dust particles that fall back to earth.
I don't see the molecules of water form in the clouds overhead, nor do i see the Oxygen carried through my body that keeps me alive , Yet all this his part of God 's handiwork. David says, "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well" (psalm 139:14).
With all of our scientific sophistication, we sometimes overlook the miracle of life that sustains us every day. From time to time, it is good to pause, find a quiet place and lift your voice, saying, "Father, thank You for life, breath, health,  the use of my limbs, the ability to hear and see,"
Remind yourself that Jesus said that you are more valuable than the Lillie's  of the field. Next time you see clouds form, remember that God hasn't forgotten you. It's a reminder that God knows your need my need as His children and can be counted on to meet it.

your Joy my strength

"for the joy of the Lord is your Strength."
Nehemiah 8:10

If men would believe Me, long prayer are not necessary just speaking the Word will bring what you desire. My creative power is given to man the book, that power is alive still in My Word. Consider His gift of Holy Spirit inspired fruit of joy. His repeated command was "Rejoice!" The fullness of joy is to found in Him
Finally, for the joy that was set before Him. Jesus endured His cross. In other words, if you're looking for joy, it can only be found in one place or that is, one person.
Now place yourself back in time. The sun is warm on your shoulders, and through the golden glow of history in the making, watch this Lord of Joy. He laughs as He holds a neighbor's newborn baby. He smiles while bouncing a three year old on his knee. He tousles the hair of a rowdy little boy. Picture His Joy to watch a puppy at play, to hear a funny story, to taste a hot and savory stew. Feel His Joy when the disciples listened and obeyed. Think of the joy that seized Him at the sight of a glorious sunset and the joy to know that He Created it. And finally, Jesus' 'Joy at seeing His Father's dream fulfilled.
when you mediate on God's Love... Smile His joy will be yours,
it is not possible to always be happy. It is possible to always have the joy of the Lord. Some have described it as a calm centeredness that tickles at the edges. It's a solid assurance that laughs if given the chance. It is unwavering confidence that can't help but look on the bright side of our Lord Jesus Christ. Your joy my strength.

Miraculous Peace

He Himself is our Peace
Ephesians 2:14

To ask Jesus to give you peace is redundant. Peace isn't something He gives you to sustain you during troubled times. He is peace and to experience His indwelling life is to experience Peace that passes understanding. Because Christ is the sources of your life, there is never  time when peace cannot be your default setting.
In John 14:27, Jesus told his disciples, Peace  I leave with you: My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubles, nor let it be fearful." The world offers peace based on the hope that things Will turn to okay. Jesus gives a different of kind of peace. He has given you Himself. He will be your source of peace regardless of how things turn out in your situation.
You can trust Him with the circumstances that are emotionally and mentally challenging. Your peace isn't in a specific outcome but in the one who assures you that there is no need to be troubled or fearful whatever comes, it will be all right because He is with you to carry you through it.

Getting Well

When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he had already been a long time in that condition, He said to him, "Do you wish to get well?
John 5:6

Before the paralyzed Man by the pool of Bethesda was healed, he had to come face-to-face with a question that, on the surface, seems bizarre. " Do you want to get well? Jesus asked him. "Do I want to get well?" The man might have exclaimed. "What kind of question is that? Of course I want to get well?
That's not what he said. Instead  he began to explain why being well was outside the realm of possibility for him. Somewhere along the way his dream of ever walking again had died. Jesus , however is in the business of resurrecting things that have died. With loving compassion. He simply said to the man, " Get up." Inherent in His word was both the motivation and the ability for the man to finally do what his heart had yearned to do for years to walk.
What has died in you? What debilitates you in your grace walk? You can be well . God's will is most definitely for you to know and believe thus fact it's your turn! Jesus is speaking to you right now. Deep inside you something his stirring. It is a hope that all this might be true. Well it is sometimes reasoning misses us that the author of life we are talking to. Now faith is!

A Real Disciple

By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.
John 13:35

There are many aspects of our faith the people believe are primary. Some think that correct doctrine is most important. Others believed that worship is the foundation of our lifestyle. Some would argued that evangelism is the key to being a disciples of Jesus. Take a poll and there will be a multitude of opinions.
Jesus narrowly it all down to the one thing that identifies His disciples. He said that love is the main thing. We might know sound doctrine and even be able to teach it, but if people don't see us as loving, what good is our knowledge? We can follow a biblical pattern of worship that angel would admire, but if people don't know we love them, what good is it? We can proclaimed the gospel to everybody any place, town, but if they don't sense love, what results can we expect?
Love is everything, God is love, and if we aren't expressing love to everybody we meet, we aren't expressing Him to them. Apart from love, anything we do is nothing more than dead, religious activity.
Look around today and find somebody you can truly show the love of God. When you do that, you're  behaving like a real disciples.

God is for you

I know that God is for me.
Psalm 56:9

Have you ever found yourself in a place where it seems like life is against you? Sometimes it seems like nothing works in our favor. In those moments, we may be tempted to wonder where God is in all that's going on.
The answer is simple. He is with you. Not only is  He with you, but God is for you. This is a fact you need to settle in your mind once and for all time. Unless you have established firmly in your heart and mind that this is for you, you will be an easy target for attack every time things seems to go wrong.
When we can't see the hand of God at work in our circumstances, then we have the opportunity to exercise our faith. There is no rooms for faith when there is no room for doubts. So the fact that the situation seems to suggest  your Father isn't involved  makes it a perfect time for declaring in faith and faith alone, "This I know, that God is for me!"

Heavenly Source

But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:
1 Corinthians 2:30

You will be completely free to rest in your grace walk when you understand that it isn't up to you to become a better person by trying hard to do the right things. It is by your Father in Heaven that your in Christ Jesus. Jesus has become your wisdom, righteousness, Sanctification, and redemption. Your only role is to believe in that reality and rest in Him, refusing to struggle to improve yourself.
This doesn't mean your life is passive. Rather, your lifestyle is one in which you accepted the fact that Jesus has done for you all the things you couldn't do in a lifetime of religious commitment and effort. Learn to focus on what He has done and thank Him for His finished work. To the extend that you rest in the reality of what He the extend that you rest in the reality of what He has already done in you, your experience will increasingly conform to that reality, and you will see your lifestyle be transformed. However, the change won't come by self-effort. It will be by the operation of His grace within you.

Getting to know All of God

"And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grape how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpassed knowledge that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God."
Ephesians 3:17-19

When I think of God  the Father's special gift to us, I think of His plan of Salvation. The Father was the one who came up with the idea. That's why I often spend time my devotion and worshiping Him in Reverend and respect.
Other times in my prayers, I thank about God the Son and His special gift to us of grace. Jesus is the one who follow through on the Father's plan of Salvation. And my response? Gratitude that He's my Savior And obedience to Him as Lord.
When I dwell on the Holy Spirit And His gift of strength and encouragement of heart, I remember that He's the one who gives us assurance and joy. That's why I take care not to grieve, quench, or opposed Him.
Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. I am filled to the measure of all the fullness of God as I commune with each member of the Trinity. It's glorious way to experience a full communion with the Lord and thereby discover how wide, long, high, and deep is the love of Christ.

The Real Truth

"What is truth Pilate asked with this he went out again to the Jews and said, " I find no basis for a charge against Him.
John 18:38

Pontius Pilate asked Jesus Christ this question as the latter was being tried on charge of sedition. Pontius Pilate then was procurator, a governor in the land of Israel. During his reign, truth had been irrelevant in his political  conquest. Bribery and graft and corruption, linked with murder and violence, had been his tools in maintaining Roman supremacy.
One can readily understand his quest a for truth been in his grasp, he would have possessed that which men have been seeking since the dawn of humanity. This words, "What is truth?" Found neither their beginning nor ending with Pilate several hundred years before Pilate, there were the Greek philosophers who spent their lives seeking truth, and today, centuries later many will seek truth. We have made tremendous strides down the corridor of knowledge, but the search for truth continues.
A major news magazine describes "synthetic thinking"/as one of the 21st" century most powerful ideas, but anything synthetic is  substitute for the real thing. There is no such thing as "synthetic truth"! Believing something to be true, when in reality it is false, is synthetic.
This answer to " What is truth" finds its perfect expression in Christ, Jesus said, I Am the Way, and the Truth, and the life. No one  comes to the Father but through me" (John 14:6). As you  begin to fathom the mind of Christ, you will begin to understand what Jesus meant. He also said, "You shall know the truth [ that is Christ] and the truth will set you free" (John 8:32).

The Compliment Ad Machine

So encourage each other and build each other up, just as you are already doing.
1 Thessalonians 5:11 NLT

They call it a Compliment Machine, something that is not available at your local electronic store. It was the brain child of 46- year old artist Tom Greaves and was displayed in an outdoor art exhibit put together by a grouped artists. The Compliment Machine consists of 100 compliments pre-recorded on an iPod Nano  powered by a car battery. And what kind of compliment does the machine produced?. It say positive statement such as, "You are awesome!" Or "You are a great driver." Another is "You have a nice voice." A joggers who came by sweaty  and smelling like a gym locker got one that went, "You smell good!.
How was the project viewed by local merchants? They  liked it. It generated more traffic in the area and customers seemed to enjoyed it People began passing by simply to hear what compliment the machine would say about them. The artist whose idea resulted in this machine said, " The , human  need for assurance and reassurance and be affirmed, to feel worthwhile to yourself and to others. It's one the basic emotional  needs that we as human have  one that is soften  neglected." When Paul wrote to the Thessalonians, he instructed, "Encouraged one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing" (1 Thessalonians 5:11). The word that Paul used is the same word that would be used of someone who build a house  brick by brick and timber by timber. Insincere, meaningless flattery stings, and few are gullible enough  to believe it. But a compliment that affirmed and encourages can spell the difference between someone trying again or simply giving up, weight down by feelings of inadequacy; why not practice  affirming others be tasting today

AN ADDED BONUS

That's my parting gift to you. Peace. I don't leave you the way you're used to being left. . . So don't be upset.
John 14:27

Most  people live with Chaos and conflict in their lives: outside conflict with other people and situations, and inside conflict between different opinions and ideas in their own heads.
Jesus want to gives you peace. When you received His love, His peace is an added bonus. When you embrace His friendship. You'll be able to set Him, like the sun, in the center of your personal solar system. Then all of the chaotic struggles and conflict tend to quite down. All of the questions untangle themselves. All of the things you care about line up and revolves around Jesus. Like planets  pulled into the orbit of his Grace. And He will give you peace.
Peace always.

You can be like Jesus

Far from the beginning God decided that those who came to him. . . should become like His Son, so that His Son would be the first with many brothers.
Romans 8:29

Who do you look like in your family? Your brother, your mother, your sister, your dad? Did you know that when you are adopted as a child into My spiritual family, you resemble your big brother Jesus? Not physical, of course, but every day your heart, your thoughts, and your action remind Me of Him. And the longer you're around Him, the more you act like Him. I want you to care about hurting people with broken heart and those who are weaker than yourself...just like He did  Believe Me, I know it's hard. His goodness is impossible to imitate in your own.
But when I fill you with My Holy Spirit, you Will have the power to live and love like Jesus. Your life is a part of God grand design. In biblical time the glory of God's people was in His Presence. You, too, are
glorified because the fullness of God now dwells within you, and you will one day be with Him. (Col 1:7; 2: 9). He invite you to join Him in working out His Will in your life, conforming you His image. (Philippians 2:12).

INVEST IN STRONG FRIENDSHIP

Be iron sharpens iron so one man sharpens another.
Proverb 27:17

Some friends dull the edge of who you are just by hanging around you. They are time-waster and procrastinator. Their thought are negative, their goal are shallow and their idea are weak.
Other friends Sharpens you and bring your life into focus. They know what matters and what life is all about. They're not afraid to take stand in spiritual issue-- issue that count. You become a better person just by being around them. Their strength sharpens your character, and as you become stronger your strength sharpen theirs.
Invest your time, energy and friendship first kind of friend. You won't regret it. And He reveal it He is your helper. He will lead the right path.
Your Best Friend,
GOD

His will is sweet

The Lord showed him a tree. when he cast it into the waters, the water were made sweet.
Exodus 15:25

Joy and sorrow are often close companions. Just as the Israelites went from the thrill of victory at the Red Sea to the bitter water of Marah just 3 day's later (Exodus 15:22-23). Our rejoicing can quickly turn anguish.
At Marah, the Lord told Moses to throw a tree into the water, which made it "sweet" and drinkable (v25). Another "tree," when "cast into" the bitter circumstances of our lives, can make them sweet. It is the cross of Jesus (1Peter2:24). Our outlook will be transformed as we contemplate His sacrificial death and His submission to the will of God (Luke 22:42).
Our pain may come from the ill-will of other, or worse from their neglect. Nevertheless, our Lord has permitted it. We nay not understand why, yet it is the will of our Father and friend whose wisdom and love are infinite.
When we say yes to God, His Spirit reveals His will to us through His word, the bitter circumstances of our lives can become sweet. We must not grumble against what the Lord permits. Instead, we are to take up our cross daily and follow Him. (Luke 9: 23).

The sunrise travelers

The children of Israel...journeyed from... The wilderness... Toward the sunrising.
Number 21:10-11 KJV

When Moses led the children of Israel out of Egypt, the people immediately experience great joy upon being delivered from bondage. However, as they travel through the wilderness toward the promised land, fear of the unknown would often take hold of their hearts. The following excerpt by Louise Haskins,  taken from Travelling Toward Sunrise, captures the essence of how all of us press on into unknown territory by simply trusting God:
These travelers were times valiant great heart. They were journeying on the star road making their way through an inspiring land, a desert waste upheld by hope of a glorious new day, a tomorrow morning, when night with its darkness and shadows would be left behind.
Travelers whose hope were fixed on what was before and beyond; men of faith who followed the gleam loyally, right through to the cry to the very end; roads makers, presenting an unparalleled example of courage and bravery; men of vision, always looking ahead, never behind. "What an inspiring, challenging thought as we..begin our journey, traveling toward  sunrise. Let us begin by filling the air with song of rejoicing, with songs not sighs, for we are wayfarers of the infinite, traveling to the land where dawns are begotten and glory has its dwelling  place, where life begins, not ends, and where there is eternal springtime. And I said to the man  who stood at the gate of the year, 'Give me light that I may tread safely into the unknown!'
And he replied; 'Go out into the darkness and put your hand into the Hand of God; That shall be to you better than light and safer than a known way.' So I went forth, and finding the Hand of God, trod gladly into the night.
And He led me toward the hills and the breaking of the day in the lone East."'
As you read this, you may be facing tremendous opportunities or overwhelming difficulties. In either case, put your hand into God's hand and walk with Him. Let Him give you comfort and wisdom as you move toward your promised land.

Golden Gods

You shall have no other gods before Me.
Exodus 20:3

God had seized the attention of Pharaoh and the Egyptians with a series of plagues. We must read again 12:29-36. Now they were dying to be rid of their Hebrew slaves. But God didn't want the Israelites to leave Egypt empty handed. After all. They had 400 years of wages due them. So they asked their former masters for articles of silver, gold and clothing, and they got them. Exodus 12:36 says that the Israelites "plunders the Egyptians"
It wasn't long, however, until God's people fell into idolatry. They used their gold to make a golden  calf. Which they worshiped while Moses was on Mount  Sinai receiving the law (32:1-4).
Thus tragic  experience highlights  the tension that Christians are required to maintain in relation to their possessions. There us much in our society that we may enjoy, but material things can also pose grave dangers when we use them unwisely. It say. ..that we are "free to utilize" but "forbidden to idolize." We are strangers and Pilgrims on the earth" (Hebrew 11: 13). And we must not become so enamored with "the treasure in Egypt" (verse 26). That we grow complacent and forget our true calling.
Are we using our material blessing to serve the Lord or have we become slaves to them?

Just do it

The wicked flee when no one is pursuing, But the righteous are bold as a lion.
Proverbs 28:1

There is no reason to be paranoid or even tentative about living each day with boldness. You are a righteous person who possesses the life of Jesus Christ Your success is an certain as His commitment to you. Don't worry about the outcome of your endeavors instead, be focused on moving forward through the process in the power of His indwelling Spirit. Your daily journey toward it that calls for trust in Him. The Holy Spirit it is our helper is guiding our step you cannot fail! He is your success in life. For that reason, don't be timid about Life. He is our life.. Live boldly in the confidence, then Joy of the Lord is our strength.

Even so, Come, Prince of Peace

They will beat their sword into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will not take up sword against nation, nor will they train for war anymore.
ISAIAH 2:4

Here is a true story I was not born in this year. So it is indeed a good new! The morning of December 7, 1941 began as any other morning did in the mountain village of Baguio city. Locals made their way to the old market where vendors sold chickens, rice, vegetables, and various handcraft made by the ifugaos then a few minutes after 7 Am, the sound of Japanese planes were heard as they flew in low over the village. Their engines droned as bombs fell from the planes at the entrance to the American air base. Only a few moments after that in a strike that was supposed to be simultaneous, Japanese planes also bombed Pearl Harbor, and the war in the pacific had begun.
Lately I've been pondering what took place on December 7, 1941in relationship to our world today and what is happening in the 21st century. While everything has changed. It seem to me that nothing has really changed. Wars continue. We have merely raised the stakes in conflict.
With every conflict there are peace activist s crying for the cessation of conflict something my heart yearn for, yet I am soberly reminded that Jesus said, "You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, buy see to it that you not alarmed.
Such things must happen, but the end is still to come" (Matthew 24:6). The escalation of the conflict carries us towards that eventful day when God shall degree, "Enough! " and send His Son who will come as Prince of Peace and establish His Kingdom. My hope for Peace lies in Him who said, "Peace I  leave with you; my peace I give you (John 14:27).
Take heart in the great prophecy of  Isaiah who said, " For us a child is born..  And he will be called. . .Prince of Peace " (Isaiah 9:6).

Inboxed Character

For the Lord is righteous, and he lives justice. Those who do what is right will see his face.
Psalm 11:7

Jesus was no weak a knee Sissy with lace in his handkerchief. Remember that he grew up working in a carpentry's shop. His hands were strong, his bicep, well develop. He was an outdoor type of person. No mamma's boy" would pick up a cudgel (probably a whip used to drive livestock ) and run the money changers out of the temple. Jesus was manly, yet He was totally at ease with women who were considered inferior in the day.Ad a man of quality, Jesus was never intimidated or threatened by women of quality.
He spoke the plain, unvarnished truth. Never did He play the grandstand or hold a moist finger to the wind of public opinion, as politicians the world over are apt to do before they take position on a moral issue.
It is interesting to note that the enemies of Jesus were the ones who bore the strongest and most explicit testimony to His character. The Pharisees constantly sought to discredit Jesus. " They sent their disciples to Him along with the Herodians," says Matthew. "Teachers, they said we know you are a man of integrity and a man of integrity and that you teach the way of God in accord with the truth. You aren't swayed by men, be cause you pay no attention to who they are"' (Matthew 32:16).
When the North captured General William Dean, he was permitted to write one letter home. He wrote to his son  whom he said, " Bill, remember integrity is the most important thing of all. Let it always be your aim."
Strive to let His character be reflected by your life. The world will see the difference.

This Temple called Heaven

For I have come down from heaven to do the will of God who sent me, not to do my own.
JOHN 6:38

"HAS THIS WORLD been so kind to you," asked C.S. Lewis, "that you should leave with regret? There are better things ahead than any we leave behind."' What he said holds true if you are God's child. Life as you know it will never be easy oro trouble-free. The problems you are facing, however, will someday dissipate in heaven's glory. But for those who do not know God, the best they will ever have is life now.
Some 3,500 years. ago, Moses described a human life span as 70 to 80 year long. In spite of scientific advances, our life expectancy hasn't changed much. " You're not going to get out if this alive, " someone said. It's true, but then what? Then there's the hope of heaven.
The Bible speaks of heaven more 400 times. Jesus said candidly that He had come from heaven and was to return there when His work as done on earth (John 14:1-6). He spoke of heaven from the vantage point if an insider who knew what was there and what it was like. Jesus Christ told His followers what to expect and how to get there.
So what is heaven like? And in the face if our many trials and difficulty here on earth, what does heaven promise?
The apostle Paul writes, "I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us" (Romans 8:18). To the Corinthians he wrote,
"For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen us temporary, but what is unseen is eternal" (2Corinthians 4:17-18).

I'LL HELP YOU WALK THE PATH

Enter through the narrow gate
The gate is wide and the road is wide that leads to hell, and many people enter through that gate. But the gate is small and the road is narrow that leads to true life. Only a few people find that road.
MATTHEW 7: 13-14

Every day you're faced with tough decision and hard choices. "I have been driven to my knees many times. If you're living for Me, it will sometimes feel like you're walking down a narrow road, trying not to slip off and fall unto a ditch.
Sometimes you look around and see most people cruising along a huge eight-lane super-highway with lots of room to maneuver. The big, broad super-hiway of life may look easy, but in the end, it drivers will find it doesn't" lead to Me.
How do you stay in the narrow road? Get to know Me. Read My Word. Let Me lead you and show you the way. Let Me give you the strength and the balance you need to make the right choices you can do it.

Where Sinners Go

God demonstrates His love toward us, in that while we were still sinner, Christ died for us
Roman 5:8
Read Genesis 20-22 in chapter and Matthew 6: 18-34
My friend was having a conversation with a man who didn't have good to say about Christian faith. My friend knew that if he were too sound "religious," he would jeopardize any chance to witness. So,  in the middle in there discussion, he said " Hey Bob do you know were the sinner go?" "That's easy," he replied, you're going to tell me they go to hell," "No," my friend responded. "They go to church," Bob was speechless, That's wasn't  what he  expected. He wasn't not ready to hear from a Christian who realized he was not perfect. My friend had a chance to share
That Christian understand their sinfulness and their need for continual spiritual restoration. He was able to explain grace the unmerited favor we have with God despite our sinfulness (Roman 5: 8-9);( Eph. 2:8-9).
Perhaps we don't give those outside the church a clear picture of what's happening inside. They may not understand that we're there to praise our savoir for providing "redemption through His blood, the forgiveness if sins" (Col.114). Yes sinner go to church. And sinners forgiven ones GI to heaven because of God grace.

WATCH JESUS

But my eyes are fixed on you, a sovereign Lord ; in you I take refuge.
Psalm 141:8

How many of your friends quote the characters they see on television every day? Did you know that your mind stores away the things you hear  or see? So if you watch people cursing blowing up building, and shooting people, you've stored it all away in your mind. Whether you realized it or not, what you watch affects your behavior and attitudes in subtle ways.
But this truth can work for good, too. If you keep your eyes on Me. I mean your heavenly Father.. I'm not on television, so how can you watch Me? You can read about Jesus in the Bible. Everything Jesus did was a reflection of Me. Read the book called John. It tells about the miracles Jesus did.
As you watch Jesus, you'll start acting more like Him. You'll catch His style. Then I can use you to do some of the things that He did. Desire to motivate your self read His Word His invitation is Worth reading!

"A GENEROUS HEART"

Then a poor widow came by and dropped in two small copper coins. . . .(Jesus) remarked, "poor widow has given more than all. . . (the rich) combined. For they have given a little of what they didn't need, but she . . . has given everything she has."
Luke 21: 2-4 TLB

You are called to be intentional about your faith. You must be determined to experience the fullness of God in every area of as a believers and never to settle for a shallow, lackadaisical relationship with Almighty God. God will bless you according to how you responded to his invitation. If He finds in you a generous heart that willingly and freely gives what it has to others, then God responds toward you in like manner.
Rich people who try My approval by throwing money at Me don't impress Me one bit. If a millionaire only gives Me a  hundred dollars, it doesn't excite Me much. That's  like pocket change to the rich. But if a really poor person gives Me. Ten  bucks. I love  their gift, because I know how much they sanctified too give.
Let Me share a secret with you. If you want to know what"s really important to most people, take a look at how they spend  their time and money. The most important thing to Me is not the amount of gift, but the generous spirit behind the gift and the wholeheartedly cheerful way it's given. I want your whole heart.
