2. You must make a good optimized landing page.! The of creating an optimized landing page is to create a page that works great for both PPC and SEO  purposes. if your organically optimized page isn't a good landing page for conversion then your throwing away the good money you wish for, you want just as good a conversion rate for organic traffic as you get paid traffic. There are some cases where it make better sense to deliver PPC traffic to a non optimized page one design specifically fir paid traffic however for most situation you should be able to drop your paid traffic into your optimized page and see a strong result, the key is to make sure that you don't drop them on a page that has only been optimized fir ranking but on one that has been optimized for conversion. Here is what you need
3. Compelling; Keyword Title Tag
The Title tag is no small part if an effectively optimized page. it's probably the most important word you'll write your title need to not only be the keyword focused, but compelling enough for the search to choose your links over the other on the first page. Anybody can throw keyword in a title to get ranked. But it takes craftsmanship to creates a title that will get more CLICK than the rest.
4. Well- Written Description
While the meta description isn't very important fir ranking it is still a SEO component, simply due to the fact that it display in the search result and it is a factor  in getting the visitor to click in to the site. the description of your optimized landing page is a great place to include a strong Call-to-Action for the searcher the goal is to be more compelling than the other description on the search result page to assist in generating a CLICK.
( The complete guide to mastering your meta Tag will tell you everything you need know about the mete description tag )
5. Strong Keyword- Focused Headline
Since the page headline is the first thing the visitor see after landing on the page from the search engine, It's a good idea to maintain the keyword "Scent" from the search result to the page, it should be wrapped in an H1 tag (H1 means identification) for proper optimization and should do much more than state of a simple fact. it must give the visitor a reason to stay on the page and continue the engagement, while a small SEO factor, the proper usage of heading and sub heading can gives and help the search engine determine the Topical Focus of the page as well as specific  content areas.(read the complete guide to mastering your heading tags. for more on how yo use heading tag properly throughout the page)
6. Topically & keyword Focused Content Concentrating on Benefit.
The content of your optimized landing page must maintain  it's focused on the topic and goal to be achieve. Long winded meandering content will cause you to lose your visitor. Long topic isn't bad, But unneeded excess must be out. There is a time and place for specification or talking
about what you can do, But the visitor needs to know what will benefit for them, how their lives will better and there goals shall meet. Be sure to speak to the visitor outlining the benefit they receive when they take the desire action. While keyword usage usually isn't a problem. Keyword focus often to build your content to a Topical page related phase toward authority in the ranking page.
7. Scannable Content with proper coded Hierarchy.
Not everyone is an avid reader use many words as is necessary to achieve your goals, But Longer content however is necessary to be easily scannable not every piece of information will be essential to every visitor, giving the visitor a way to move quickly to the information that matter most to them will help keeping them engage good content Hierarchy will help making the content skimmable and scannable to you.
8. Visual Clarity.
Cluttered page create distracted the viewer or visitor. The distracted visitor don't complete the rolling of his or her finger for visual looking our intent goal is keep our page your page my page visually clean and appealing with as few  distraction as possible while space helps the line paragraph spacing  and image usage contribute to the overall readability of the content should be clean and presentable.
9. Inbound links.
No optimization campaign is complete without incoming links, good links will help to drive targeted traffic and give search engine an idea of your pages Topical relevance before it even has a chance to analyze the page as well, give an idea of the page's popularity on the web. Inbound links are not just way to get votes ( push up ranking ) they are also a source of a new traffic.
10. Socialization Options.
Social signal  are growing are importance in search Algorithms so it's important that each optimized page is set up possible. This allow your visitor to spread the word and drive traffic doing the heavy Lifting for you page. The more your visitor engage with your content the more likely they are to come back and fulfill their intended goal's... and bring other that make influence other to come.
11. Call-to-Action.
Without a call-to-action, The landing page is useless. Each page has to have a goal and desire action for set of action that you intent the visitor to take without a strong call-to-action. The visitor may have never receive'd an appealing reason to take the next step. The only ways to check the visitor to their goal is to tell them what  they should do next. this content will lead you just drop them on your page.
12. Testing.
No optimized landing page would be complete wothout testing very rarely does,  a one time pass get a page to rank in the maxinum conversion rate possible, Testing and tweaking each of the above element of an optimized landing psge will allow you to improve the page incrementally, once the bulkwork is done. a good optimized landing page is always under construction test for ranking, test for conversion, and keep testing to improve both traffic and sale.
