"Which Day Planner?

The thing that I purpose, do I purpose according to the flesh?

One of the challanges of our busy lives today is to be organized, so we can "get it all done." There are a number of organizers and calendar available to help us schedule the precious hours of the day. Beepers and moblie telephones gives us instant communication with anyone anywhere, we no longer get away from it all, because now we can take it all with us!
Sometimes we need to be challanged not to "get it all done," but to slow down and reflect on what it is we are trying to accomplish. We must be sure we are headed in the right direction with our families, our work, our church, our community, and our personal lives.
If we are not careful and prayerful, we may find ourselves agreeing with the modern-day philosopher who noted, "so what if you win the rat race you are still a rat"
God has a different "daily planner." The psalmist wrote about it in Psalm 105:
+  Give thanks to the Lord.
        +  Call on His name.
+  Make known among the nations what he has done
+  Sing to him, sing praise to him.
+  Tell of all his wonderful acts.
        +  Glory in his name.
+  Let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoices.
+  Look to the Lord and his strength.
        +  Seek his face always.
+  Remember the wonders he has done, his miracles,
and the judgments he has pronounced.

Each day we have the privilege of consulting with the
King of kings and Lord of lords to determine what path
We will take, what tasks are most important, and who
        need us the most.
