states. City gates were made to withstand fire,
battering rams swords and spears, arrows
and catapulted rocks, and were often covered
with meal and garishly painted and engraved
wth grotesque heatthen deities, supposedly
guarding the city. Huge gates for horsemen
and chariots often framed smaller gates for
people on foot.

In Bible times the city gates were often
used as the place for government transactions
and the seat power. In Genesis19:1, we find
Abraham's nephew Lot sitting as one of the
aldermen in the gates of Sodom. Occupying a

to the aldermen and rulers of the city who
were seated in conference at the gates.

millions of people need to be delivered from
mental stress, strain and breakdown. There are
more disturbed minds in the world today than
ever before in the history of mankind. Have
you not heard in the news, read newspaper,
your favorite news, people Need psychiatric
help but are not getting it.
The minds if these sick people, burdened
with trouble and sorrow, need miracle from
God. The same power is available to use today.
To speak to another of the crucified, risen
glorified,? returning savior is that the heater
may accept Christ and be born again that is a
demonstration of the awesome power of Christ,
power that sets people free (John 14:12).
