"consequences and Sin'

"Therefore, since we have been justified through
Faith, we have peace with God through our Lord
Jesus Christ.
                                                           Romans 5:1

DOES IT REALLY MATTER any more what
you do, as long what is happening in our world
"I deserve what I took," we rationalize.
"Everybody is doing it!" We content Moralist
say, "This is the way it has always been, so
why should  it be any different today?"
This was the issue that Paul  confronted
When he wrote to the church at Rome. Back
Then, women were treated like chattel.
Homosexual was rampant. Yat even in that
culture these was a lime and when that lime
was crossed, individuals felt guilt. Seneca is
Quoted saying, "we have all sinned, some
more, some less."
Imagine that we all have to jump over a
chasm 25 feet across. Some can jump 3 feet,
while others, 20. But the one who can jump 20
feet cannot boast to the others because he
still wasn't able to jump  fully across. We
Have all fallen short.
The apostle Pail, in Roman 3:23 says that
"All have sinned," and then adds in
Romans 3:10 that "there is none righteous,
no not one!" But Paul has good need news as
well as bad Hedsys,  "But God demonstrates
his own love for us in this: while we were still
sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8).
The result, says Pail is peace with God.
Here's how he  put it. @@Therefore, since
we have been justified through faith,
we have peace with God through our Lord
Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained
access by faith into this grace in which we now
stand (Ronans 5:1-2).
Many have never confronted the innocence
that was lost long ago when as an act of the
will we turned our backs on Hod and wandered
into the world. What humankind  lost,  Jesus
Restored, and peace is part of the
restored, and peace is part of the restoration
Package.
